Sharing feedback (an invitation)

To whom do you turn for feedback on work-in-progress? Or do you wait until your work is completely finished before letting anyone take a peek? How open are you to criticism?

Oh, I love this idea! While I'm not working on anything in specific (yet), I'm game. I'm in the beginning stages of a new novel and my email is alnodarse@gmail.com. Would those who sign up like to meet up virtually to set some details ironed out? I have no problem spearheading that if we get enough folks.
Thank you so much for this, Cristina! Yes, I'd love to work with folks in any kind of writing group. I've never really been in one before. I have a novel on submission that has been rejected by 15 so far and ghosted by maybe 4 more and probably won't get much circulation after that. I'm interested in revising it at some point. It's literary fiction, and I suppose sort of a romance, then I have another very short novel or novella (37k words) in draft that I'm in the process of trying to revise right now and am finding myself somewhat stuck/ paralyzed by the roughness of the draft.
