Yes, really good, thorough and nuanced. I'm going to hang on to it and review every now and then. I write a newsletter with interviews and conversaciones and very often the challenge is to edit down, compress (significantly) without wrecking the voice of the speaker. On the one hand you want to simplify so the most interesting, meaningful issues take center stage but have to be careful not to denude the conversation of the interviewee's voice and also not mix it with my own (not dissimilar to fiction's challenges).
