Writing prompt #28: DEATH SCENES

Hi Everyone,

I recently read Edwidge Danticat’s non-fiction book, THE ART OF DEATH. It’s a beautiful meditation on her own mother’s death and also considers the various, artful ways that writers have rendered the inevitable. As Danticat says, “I have been writing about death for as long as I have been writing.”
