Writing prompt #34: JUMPSTART LINES
Hi Everyone,
Today, I want to share a few of my favorite lines from one of my favorite poets, Wisława Szymborska, to jumpstart your own writing.
But first, here’s a bit of background on her:

YOUR PROMPT: Choose one of Szymborska’s lines (below) to start a new section of your own work—or expand an old one. Where does it lead you? What does it uncover? Try not to over control what emerges. Instead trust the language to lead you where you need to go.
1) “After every war someone has to tidy up.”
2) “Every mirror holds different news for me.”
3) “I like maps, because they lie.”
Have fun!
Abrazos,
Cristina
