Writing prompt #53: PLAYING WITH TIME

Hi Everyone,

As we careen toward the end of 2021, my thoughts turn to time and its infinite elasticities. Often, I feel that we could be doing more with time: its mysterious lapses, juxtapositions, internal clocks, associative leaps, distortions. How can we sift these into the present-tense momentum of our narratives?

YOUR PROMPT: Take a ‘scene’ from your work-in-progress and have the narrator imagine it in another time entirely. Does this break with reality unleash any new revelations?
