Writing prompt #93: SAME ROOM, THREE WAYS

Hi Everyone,

This prompt was inspired by a sentence from novelist Chloe Aridjis’s Book of Clouds: “I could describe the room in a number of ways.”

YOUR PROMPT: Describe the same, physically exact room in three completely different ways. You could register the room at different times of day. Or from the perspective of one character in drastically different moods. Or from three disparate people, or even time periods. What can you focus on each time with evocative precision? What do we learn about the narrator from each distinct telling?
