I haven't read any of them either. The book I keep recommending is Remarkably Bright Creatures by Shelby Van Pelt.

Just put this on my list. I’m just finishing—and LOVE—the essay collection by Anna BadKhen, BRIGHT UNBEARABLE REALITY.

I can't comment on any of these books since I haven't read any of them. I have two dozen books sitting on my bureau to be read as soon as I finish my commitments on Dec. 8th. Among them are :

Take My Hand by Dolen Perkins Valdez, by Ingrid Rojas Contreras, Our Missing Hearts by Celeste Ng, The Swimmers by Julie Otsaku, Nightcrawling by Leila Mottley, Neruda in the Park by Cleyvis Natera, Woman of Light by Kali Fajardo Anstine, Lady Tan's Circel of Women by Lisa See, and Elizabeth George's Something to Hide. That's just the tip of the iceberg. Clearly I have a different palate for books than most of the list makers of the industry.

Love your list, Dahlma! Maybe we should start a monthly column: DAHLMA’S BOOKS BUREAU? I’m serious! ☺️

Let's talk. My last event is this week and then I'll be doing research for book 3 in PR but maybe this is something to look at for 2023?
