I have a new chapbook out: Volcanic Interruptions. The book launch is set for March 25th, live and in person in Santa Cruz, CA. An online launch is scheduled for May 6th at 12 noon PST via Zoom. The book is available through my website: https://adelanajarro.com/ and via Amazon.
Volcanic Interruptions includes Janet Trenchard’s artwork. My poems and Janet's paintings dialog about the feminine as power and life force. The book combines poetry and art--it's fantastic. I love it! Really. It was such a pleasure to collaborate with an artist and bring this book to life.

I recently sold my book "Blood in the Cut" to Flatiron in a two-book deal!
